MySQL Crashed?

Hey guys, my account pannel says SQL is running ok but my blog in worpdress says "Error establishing a database connection" and in my cPanel account there are no SQL dB listed. Is it a general issue or just me?

MySQL has crashed. I'm trying to contact a admin so it can be brought back up.
I'm getting errors that I don't know how to fix.

Remove the MySQL user then re-add it with the same password and permissions as before .
