Dear All,
my name is Gianluca, I'm a civil engineer and I am an x10hosting user since 2011.
I created the website www.sigesc.x10.mx to manage my building site.
During the years, website has evolved and few days ago, my account was suspended because the account is considered to be engaging in file hosting services (see appeal 15158)
Yes, probably I make a mistake, but I swear that this is an involuntary error.
However I don't want dispute the suspension but I ask for help.
Much of my work was now based on that website and as I fully trusted in x10hosting, i have not a mysql database backup.
As you will understand, now I am really struggling with my work and my bosses.
I therefore appeal to our humanity and I ask You to know a way to download my database and possibily my data also.
I really trust in Your help.
