mysql database connection error

I am getting the following error

Host 'boru.x10hosting.com' is blocked because of many connection errors; unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts'

Can you please unblock it and suggest how this can be avoided? I close all my database connections in PHP programs.

MYSQL server on boru is down at the moment.. Admins are alerted about that
