MySQL database gone

Hello, tried to go to website www.ttforres.org and the page returned a database error, logged into Cpanel and checked the MySQL database but cPanel reports that no databases exists, this is not true as the website is a Joomla site and the database has been running fine up until this morning, tried to check with phpMyadmin, but only getting an error that says -
#1129 - Host 'boru.x10hosting.com' is blocked because of many connection errors; unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts'

Your database are not gone!
MYSQL server is down at the moment.. Admins are alerted about that
This issue will resolve soon.. Please have patience and sorry for any inconvenience
