MySQL Database Issue

I just *know* I've got to be doing something wrong - or at least, missing it...

I am trying to install E.G.G.S. on my host (Email Go-Getter System) to use as a small autoresponder.

However, after creating the database and cron jobs, upon running the installer, I get this message:

Unable to connect to MySQL server
Make sure you are using correct Server Name,Username and Password
Access denied for user 'spadurga'@'localhost' (using password: NO)
Please go back and check again

Now, the thing most puzzling to me is this: I am NOT putting spadurga anywhere in as the username...

In fact, the information is as follows:

Database: spadurga_Autoreponder
User: spadurga_Deegan

I have tried running the installer with spadurga_ and without it - but no change.

Please - any help with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

You'll probably want to contact the script creator as that would be something wrong on their side. Did you read any install documentation that comes with it?
