Okay, I opened a support thread and it was just closed with no response. I've included the text below. Can someone please help with this? Is there any support?

I've been trying to create a database, but am unable to log in using phpAdmin. I've tried deleting the database and user and recreating them several times with no success. I am currently on the Boru server and noticed some upgrades resulted in issues. Please let me know if there is something I missed or if something needs to be fixed in the configuration.

Update: I was finally able to log in using phpAdmin, but it doesn't list my database. Any ideas?
