MySQL Database Max Number Reached, but the Stats says: 2/4

NM: I read some other posts in this forum:
That's two MySQL databases and two PostgreSQL databases -- but PostgreSQL is disabled for Free Hosting (and I don't think there's a way to tell cPanel that one of the database engines is not running).
Right, I was trying to install joomla to my website, but encountered this error: The MySQL Database could not be selected.So, I checked the Stats bar in cPanel, but it said All SQL Databases: 2 / 4.When I went into the default MySQL Databases manager, it said that: Warning: You are currently using the maximum number of MySQL databases. If you need more please contact your service provider.So, I'm just wondering if it's just me misunderstanding or this is some sort of possible bug?

You can have 2 MySQL databases. That is it.
