Hi,

there seems to be a problem connecting to the MySQL server.
When I go to 'MySQL databases' in cPanel, everything seems fine, but in PHPMyAdmin I can't see any databases. Also, connecting with the MySQL Administrator application fails.
Is the MySQL server temporarily down or is it something else?

Thanks in advance,

Jonas

Anyone?
Also, it's the first time this happens. It worked fine for about 2-3 months now, so I really don't know what the problem is...
Hope it gets fixed soon!

Thanks for your help MaestroFX1! :)
Now I can see my database in PHPMyAdmin (that's a relief),
but remote access still doesn't work
.
I didn't change anything (other than my cPanel password now).

MySQL Administrator keeps saying: 'Can't connect to MySQL server on rune****.x10.mx'
I tried pinging and that works:
Pinging rune****.x10.mx

So that changed? Because I could access it remotely for 3 months.
Oh well, thanks for your quick response! :)

Offtopic: I saw there are 2 paid packages:

Prime membership for $4.95 / year
Illuminated package for $60 / 5 years

I was wondering, in your comparison tabel it says that Illuminated has no remote MySQL but 'Premium' has. Does this mean that the 'Prime membership' = Premium?
So if I buy 'Prime membership' for $4.95 / year, I got remote MySQL access?
