MySQL Database problems

For awhile now my mysql databases will not show up and nothing can access them. A few hours later or up to a day later they reappear and are accessable. I really need these databases as my SMF depends on them. My SMF will not load unless the database is there and accessable. Please help and thank you

Always, keep a backup of your databases !

However, the admins are working ! The problem will be resolved soon !
