MySql Databases Erased

All of my MySql Databases have disappeared, they are just gone!!!!!!

Did you get moved to fris from another server? If this is the case, then you are most likely being restored. But if you can provide your cPanel username, one of the admins can check to see if they are restorable

You are on the Fris server.
Try this:
Go to remote hosts in Cpanel and add
int.fris.x10hosting.com
If that does not work post back and we will assist you farther.
