MYSQL Databases have been deleted from my acoount, blog completely inaccessable

hi, my website has been inaccessable for days now, i know you guys did your server upgrades, and apparently you guys are donewith it,

i checked via ftp and all files seam to be there although i check cpanel and it reports that i have 0 mysql databases, i need my blog back up and running asap,

Can you please put my databases back
