MySQL databases missing, need restore please

cPanel and PHPMyAdmin both say I have no databases or database users (and there used to be some). I am on Stoli. I can provide more information if necessary. Thank you very much for your time and help.

It looks like you will need to recreate your database users and their privileges. I have restored "lccx_vrexDB" from our backups. Did you have any other database beside this? I am not seeing any others.
