Hi there, I've just recently registered an account, but I'm noticing that your MySQL servers are very slow. It takes about 1 minute to do anything to do with MySQL databases in the cPanel (ie. making a new database, adding a database user, etc.) And when I'm using the MySQL database on my website, the page takes forever to load. The load time disappears when I comment out the file that connects to the database. I'm using the specified database connection settings I think (I'm using localhost as the server?) Any help regarding the matter is greatly appreciated.

Hello,

Thanks for choosing x10Hosting for your free host. Your using the correct server name, localhost, just sometimes you'll notice MySQL is slower during peak times due to the amount of people on running queries, etc.

Are you running your own script or are you using a script on your site? Sometimes there are settings that will help speed up certain things on pre-made scripts that should help, or if your making your own you could more optimize the queries for efficiency.

I'm using a custom script that I know performs very well on other servers. However on the x10 network, it seems to take at least 1 minute per page load (these pages should take less than half a second to render.)
