MySQL Databases

In my Cpanel it says I'm using 2/4 MySQL Databases but I am unable to create a new one. Why cant I create a new MySQL Database when im only using 2 out of 4?

The cPanel display is inaccurate. You are only allowed 2 MySQL databases.

Quick note, 2 are MySQL, 2 are PostgreSQL. cPanel's accurate, it's just not being accurate -enough- and explaining that it's two different types.

That also said I'm not even sure PostgreSQL works at the moment, so why they even show up, no idea.
