Mysql DB Unknown table engine InnoDB

Hello.
Today my db. lost all data, and when i do a BD check, it say:
Error : Unknown table engine 'InnoDB'
error : Corrupt
in all tables.
I dont have problems with use MyISam instead of InnoDB, but I want to get the data.
