MySQL DB Wizard (via cPanel) unable to create DBs and Users

Although the Wizard will display having created DBs and mysql users, they cannot be seen either on the MySQL Databases page or through phpMyAdmin.

[removed screens as the issue is resolved]

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks kindly!


edit: Just checked again and it's working just fine now. Thanks.

This could be just a temporary db issue have try at later time

does phpmyadmin work? if not it may be mysql not working
