MySQL down on all servers?

The MySQL has been down on lotus for a few days now, and it appears that it's down on other servers too. This causes my visitors to see a glaring "
Error establishing a database connection"

When will this be fixed?

MySQL is online. It is just blocking remote connections. What is the host you are using to connect?
