I'm trying to create a MySQL database in cPanel, on a free account on stoli,
but no method seems to work. It's been like this since yesterday.
Trying via the "MySQL Databases" app, injects this error into the cPanel page:
Error while connecting to MySQL. Failover enacted.
Trying via "MySQL Database Wizard" acts like it made a database but doesn't.
Trying to connect to "phpMyAdmin" gives this error:
phpMyAdmin - Error
#1105 - #07000(proxy) all backends are down
Trying via "PostgreSQL Databases" injects this error into the cPanel page:
PostgreSQL has not been configured by the administrator. Unable to locate pgpass file.
and"phpPgAdmin" doesn't even load
Can anyone help?
This thread describes a similar issue but apparently that's been resolved.
The status site describes capacity issues on free servers but this doesn't seem like a capacity issue. I haven't found the same issue using the search function.
