Mysql down?

What do you mean gone. Did you checked in your phpmyadmin. whether you have database or not.

Yes I did. It currently only shows information_schema as being my only table, my site says

(Can't contact the database server: Access denied for user  'mmhelm_wikipai'@'localhost' (using password: YES) (localhost))

quick edit... my cpanel shows my tables being there 3/3 and all... but phpmyadmin doesnt show anything, and its all being pretty slow.

added the wildcard to hosts... nothing. then I looked at my mysql databases in cpanel... says

There are no databases associated with your account.

and the same with usernames

Im pretty sure I didn't delete it all :<

this happened around the same time as the last mysql restart, coincidence?

Still missing data as of 8:52 PST, although my tables are restored... any advice on what to do?

Last backup I did right after the tables came back it said most of them were "In use" and wouldn't dump them out.

Ok. I fixed it. Was an extension that needed an extra query ran that wasn't letting me modify anything, still its disturbing that I lost 3 days of work.
