MySQL ****ed up

on my cPanel it says i have 0/2 SQL databases
When i try to make a new one, i get that message

Whats the problem?

Ticket closed for language and because this is the second of two; the other one was posted less than an hour before this one. Most of us are in the US where it's 3am or later, and we're volunteers, so I'm sorry we didn't get to this within an hour, but the language isn't tolerated by far.
