Looks like you're accessing cPanel on a different server. I just checked and there is a copy of your account from way back when we moved it. You're adding the database at x10hosting.com:2082 when you should really be at microtec.x10hosting.com:2082 ... You should always use microtec.x10hosting.com:2082
