MySQL Error fix?

I know its probably some kind of annoying permissions error but how can I fix it?

I don't know enough about SQL to fix it myself...

Goto Cpanel and click on mysql databases

drop the user (Don't delete user or database) then

Re assign the user to database by giving the all the privileges.
