MySQL Error/Problem

Sorry that I'm posting on this topic again but I have this Problem and it was not solved after the Updates or by changing the mysql-host to localhost.Why I can't connect to my Database with my PHPBB3 and WBB3 and Magento????

When I trie to enter one of the MySQL-based web-script onmy server, it's displays just this error:

SQL ERROR [ mysql4 ]

Can't connect to MySQL server on 'mysql-lotus.x10hosting.com' (4) [2003]

An sql error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact an administrator if this problem persists.

If you see the error, you can say still it is going to mysql-lotus.x10hosting.com, So confirm you changed the database host to localhost.

Download the config file and change then upload it. That is ensures confirm update of the file.
