MySQL Error, Too many connections [1040]

I am getting an error trying to visit my forums site at http://iwillcraft.x10.mx/forums/

Full error as follows:

General Error
SQL ERROR [ mysql4 ]

Too many connections [1040]

An sql error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact an administrator if this problem persists.

I am not very familiar with MySQL or using it in any non-user friendly ways, so I hope there is an easy fix. Thanks for any help in advance!
