Please check that the password is correct. And then if that doesn't work try re-creating the MySQL user from cPanel.

errr.... check what pw.. and where?

and if i recreate db dont i have to remake forum???

Check that the database password in your Forum's config file is correct.
If that doesn't work you need to recreate the MySQL User not the database.

errr in the config the pw is correct but not the username is that normal?

i can not make that user agaib casue its more then 7 characters and in the cp it only lets me write 7 caracters
