MySQL error

Hello,
I am unable to access my site or phpMyAdmin as there is an error:

#2002 - The server is not responding (or the local MySQL server's socket is not correctly configured)

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for letting me know that it wasn't just on my end.

I understand that the Admin have lives too and can't be on here 24/7 to fix every issue immediately . I will just work with my stuff on my PC until the problem is fixed.
