How would I go about getting my IP allowed for external connections to MySQL? I'm trying to set up a ForumBridge plugin for my Minecraft Server. Thanks :)

Remote MySQL access is disabled for Free Hosting; connections are only accepted from localhost.

That depends on the term you buy; it's $3.95/month if you pay for three years ($142.20), and that gets you some other perks as well (free domain, SSL certificate, and so on). If you go month-to-month, it's $6.95/month, and stuff that requires set-up (domain registration, SSL cert, etc.) all cost extra. There are plans in between as well.
