Use localhost instead of mysql-cossacks.x10hosting.com

Still didn't work and btw I'm using my school's web server (I'm in web design class and we have our own ftp accounts) and I'm trying to connect using remote MYSQL and I have added my school's Ip to the allowed list and my servers ip, maybe I'm using the wrong username?

Remote MYSQL is not allowed on free servers....

You have to upgrade to paid server to use this facility

Which FTP client you are using??

These are your FTP details.. make sure you are using these

Host: yoursite.x10hosting.com
username: cpanel username
password: cpanel password
port: 21

Also try File Manager in cpanel
