Mysql Help

I am having trouble on figuring out how to execute this sql file I need for a script. When i tested at home I could run it through console and load the fairly large (351.6 mb) sql script directly. However since I have no console access and phpmyadmin does not accept over 50mb I am between a rock and a hard place.

the large sql is a datadump from the popular game eveonline and I am trying to make a script public through my free domain which pulls information from this dump.

What does this dump do with eveonline? Tell me and I can probably help you with your mysql.

The dump consist of all items thier id's, names, if their manufacturing what it take to make them, skills, as well as maps and other important information on the game, almost everything except account information.

I have already gotten the scripts completely working on my testing server(local only) however now I need to somehow get the sql from my database to the hosting server.
