MySQL Help !!

Since yesterday, all my wordpress installations have stopped working together with other installations using mysql.
The error returned is : "Error establishing a database connection" .
Cpanel Shown That MySql is fully up and running !
Also,
This is the error shown by my plogger (Photo Blogger) installation :

"Plogger cannot connect to the database because: Access denied for user 'ashwin1_plogger'@'localhost' (using password: YES)"

Which made me check all the priviledges that are assigned and all priviliges have been set perfectly, but still the error remains, what could be the problem ?

Seen a few posts stating this now. I imagine it's a server side problem so all you can do is wait for it to re-correct itself.

I may be wrong though .

My sql database on lotus was restored but there were no users attached to it. I had to link a user to the database.
