Are you still working on your site?
I've just looked at your site and it appears you need to give the database user access to the actual database.
To do this you need to login to your cpanel http://YOURSITE.exofire.net:2082
Find MySQL Databases in the Databases box.
At the bottom of that page - look for "Add Users To Database"
Select the database USER you made. Then underneath select the database you want to use and click add.
On the next page check the box for "ALL PRIVILEGES" and click Make Changes.
This is assuming you haven't already done the above and you've already changed the hostname to localhost.
