MySQL Information

I need to figure out what the address for my MySQL DB is.
It isn't localhost, it's so I can pair something on my server (which needs the information) to the donation-system on the website. Can someone help me?

Incoming and outcoming connections to the MySQL server are blocked. It HAS to be localhost.
