MySQL ip address

Hello,

I'm a Java programmer and I'm trying to access the db from my webspace via a Java program.

I tried the address associated with phpMyAdmin,
"stoli.x10hosting.com:2083/square_db1" and the username "square@10.33.249.6", but it does not work.


Could you please provide me the IP address to my MySQL db?
I've already allowed my machine's ip address in the "remote access".

Remote access to the MySQL servers for free accounts is blocked by the firewall.

No exceptions.
