MySQL is down?

Hello Team,

i'm trying to install oxwall social network on my free hosting account, but every time when i try it takes up to 10-15 minutes and i receive always the same error message - Unable to connect to MySQL database.
Is MySQL down or there is other problem?
I tested to make the installation with 3 browsers: Opera, Chrome & Mozilla but the error appear on all of them.
Any help?

MySQL is online. Make sure you are specifying "localhost" as the database host name

I trying with the auto installer (Softaculous) from the Cpanel, i don't think there is a fill during the installation to specify the host.

I just try again now and the error is the same.

I just succeed with the installation after deleting an old user from phpMyAdmin database created yesterday for the same software but for old installation.
