MySQL isn't working!

Hi X10 hosting team! I tried to add a MySQL database in my hosting account, when the panel said that the database was added, I've returned to the MySQL Area of CPanel and I saw that there wasn't any database on my account! I need of help

Yup, MySQL is down. I've told staff, they're working on it right now
