MySQL Issue

Hello, I understand due to the recent server moves and changes some things with websites were thrown off. With my community forum I seem to be having a problem I cannot solve and I've tried various ways to try and fix it. Whenever I visit my forum it's coming up with 'General Error' page (http://centerofgroove.com/community/) and it's claiming it cannot connect to the MySQL server on 'fris.x10hosting.com.' I have also tried changing the server name to the following and it also failed to work..

'init.fris.x10hosting.com'
'localhost'

I don't understand why it isn't working, all help and support os greatly appreciated ahead of time.

You have to add it as a "remote host'

If your referring to adding it to the Remote Host list in cPanel I have just attempted that and still not working.
