Mysql issue

Twice now the Mysql databases i have set up seem to delete themselfs and then restore later. My website will not work at all without a mysql database can this please be fixed as this is a server issue and nothing i can do to fix it.

this issue is only on Boru..? databases get restored, fine, but its frequently occuring error....
