MySQL issues on a new free hosting account.

I created a new host and site and uploaded a few things to it, but since this morning I have been getting this error on my MySQL database from the CPanel:

What should I do to go about fixing this? I can't edit the database or users in any way, nor can I create a new one. It only happens on this account, since my other host isn't having this issue.

The MySQL service was just restarted I believe as my site as well just had connection issues, should be cleared up by now.

Unfortunately I'm still having problems, but I will keep checking every so often.

I'm seeing the same error (except when trying to access my website). I'm also seeing a "database error: connection failed" when trying to access webmail.

The entire databases tab for my site is down now, so I assume they are changing things behind the scenes.
