MySQL Issues On Stoli

Hm, MySQL seems to have fallen over again.

Ive added stoli.x10hosting.com to the access hosts list, but as some have said it isnt showing up for me either.

I then added mysql.x10hosting.com to my PHP script since i am running joomla! and still nothing. :/

I have the stoli.x10hosting.com name in the remote hosting panel. But I have absolut.x10hosting.com still in there, and whenever I try to delete it, I get this message:

"Removed Host absolut.x10hosting.com from the access list
Error while connecting to MySQL. Failover enacted."

And it doesn't delete. I have all these other names in the remote access hosts list too.

"<br /><b>Error while connecting to MySQL. Failover enacted.</b><br />
<br />%.x10hosting.com"

And three other ones with IP's on them. Should stoli.x10hosting.com be the only one in there?

as what i saw ony my account management panel. Stoli (ad-enhanced) MySQL is offline. what happened to stoli's sql servers... it has been 2 days now since i cant access my blog site (http://josephsator.exofire.net/therock) hope that x10hosting will try their best not to have a lot of downtimes. coz it really sucks! i really need to run my blog site again coz im loosing now traffic
