MySQL & Joomla 1.5 ERROR!

I cant use my adminitrator panel and i cant enter to my website! because everytime when im trying to get in, the website drop me the next error:

We're having some issues with MySQL on starka at the moment. I've informed admin, and they are working on it.

Same problem and the website is too slow :S

Seems the issues are ongoing. Your site does just about load, but with a string of MySQL errors. I shall try and contact an admin....
