MySQL loading VERY slowly (chopin server)

The MySQL for my website (chopin server) is taking almost 10 seconds to display multiple blog entry posts on a simple website.
( http://gcweb.co.cc/blog.php )
Is there a specific reason it's going so slow?

Also, phpMyAdmin is taking almost 30 seconds to load, if not longer sometimes.

It's loading up just fine and fast for me right now. Could you recheck?

My site is loading somewhat faster, but still takes ~5-10 seconds to load and phpMyAdmin is taking more than a minute to load.

It's not my Internet-I get 15mb/s download.
