MYSQL login name denied

I am having problems with logging into MYSQL with the user account I setup. I have had the user account the same for many years.

I found the post (http://x10hosting.com/forums/news-announcements/117672-mysql-errors.html) on the forums which I followed.

Adding the % removes the problem, however when I remove it again the problem comes back. Also, on the list of MySQL access hosts I have many more than the 2 suggested on the forum post.

I am unsure as what to do, I have removed the % for now incase there are security problems raised by keeping it there, any help would be fantastic.

Try this:
Go to cPanel ( http://fris.x10hosting.com:2083/ )
Click on Remote MySQL
Add the following to the list:
int.fris.x10hosting.com
69.175.6.94

Then clear your browser cache and load your site again.

It has worked fantastically , can I delete the others from the list or is this likely to stop it functioning again?
