MySQL Management not working

Tried a number of times at different times of the day.

Error is:

YOUR CONNECTION HAS TIMED OUT
Either your request was invalid or the program hasn't completed your request.
Please notify the server admin

A number of parts of Direct Admin not working properly.

same problem, timeout to open phpmyadmin, too when I try to connect mysql server using other databases manager an error ocurried:
