MySQL not working

MySQL is not working I am trying to use fantastico and softaculous and neither one works also when I tryed manually installing MyBB it didnt work. on Softaculous it just didnt do anything and on Fantastico I got this error.

Please help me I need this fixed because a lot of the stuff I need to install are run on MySQL.

FYI this isn't actually closed, I just escalated it to staff since we tried working this out on IRC and couldn't find the cause.
