The X10 wiki has MySQL connection information. If you're getting connection errors, see the wiki article on MySQL connection errors. Additionally, if you are getting errors, you should state them explicitly in your post. Whenever you're dealing with a problem with code, give minimal sample code, state what you expect to happen and what actually happens, including any error messages.

Username: you created it when making a database. Refer back to the list of databases in the CPanel.
Password: you created this when making the database too.
Server: localhost

you are posting asking for help. Instead of having people guess what the problem is how about providing some code (with your password **** out of course).

When you set up your database you then have to create and assign a user (if different than your main login to Xhosting) to the database. Have you done that already?

Does the script exist on your Xhosting account? You can't have a script external to your account as remote database connections are turned off.
