MYSQL Offline in VOX.

Hello, I have realised that a lot of people are having problems with SQL including me.

My SQL base is down and also whenever i click on "MYSQL databases" in Cpanel i get the following error:

"
The MySQL server is currently offline.

Error while connecting to MySQL: Couldn't connect to localhost:3306/tcp: IO::Socket::INET: connect: Connection refused"
