MySQL on CHOPIN server

My site is on the CHOPIN server.

I understand that the server's upgrade is completed. Yet, I cannot FTP and open cPanel. When I access my site, nothing but a bunch of MySQL error messages got shown.

My site has been down for more than 12 hours.

Should I wait some more ?

Cory is replacing the free MySQL server with a better one. He hasn't posted yet that it's completed.
