mySQL passwords changing

Hey all,

For some reason, every so often my passwords on my users for the MySQL are changing...

so i keep having to remove the user,
create the user again and do the correct password.
then attack it again to the database,

Is this your side keep reverting my database?
or do I keep getting hacked or something??

This isn't something normal. It would be better if you change your cPanel password, as someone may be accessing it.
