Hi there,
Before I start, I'd like to thank you for hosting my web site(s) and I also do appreciate all the support given. After the upgrade from Lotus to Fris, certain files were lost on my account (which was discussed earlier) however, the database files still remained on the account but have been rendered inaccessible. Perhaps this is linked to the file loss problem?
Every time I attempt to connect to the database using phpMyAdmin, it gives the error "Wrong username/password. Access denied." and the title of the page "Access denied". Also, when I attempt to install a script, such as phpBB (bulletin board software) it doesn't seem to find the database(s).
Any help is appreciate, thank you.
