MySQL problem again

How long would this take? I only have around 115 MB used, and I have a few people trying to access the website, and what they are needing to use requires MySQL available.
Edit: My MySQL database has many a few empty tables, and the rest have only a little bit of information.
Does that help estimate migration time of my account? MySQL is the only feature I use. I checked out the other features, but I don't really need them.
